Charter Terms & Conditions

These terms govern charter services arranged by Sumou Jet FZCO acting as broker and agent. Each flight is subject to a written charter confirmation identifying the operating carrier, which prevails over these terms where they differ.

Quotations are indicative and subject to aircraft and crew availability, routing, permits, and operator confirmation. They are valid for 48 hours unless stated otherwise.

A booking is confirmed only upon written confirmation and receipt of payment per the charter confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, payment in full is required before departure.

Changes are subject to availability and may affect price. Cancellation charges follow the operating carrier's terms as stated in the charter confirmation and are communicated before you confirm — Sumou Jet passes these through without addition.

Passengers are responsible for valid travel documents (passports, visas, and health requirements) and timely arrival. Carriage may be refused where documents are not in order, without refund obligation on Sumou Jet.

Flight times are estimates. Weather, air traffic control, technical, and regulatory factors may cause delay, rerouting, or substitution of equivalent aircraft by the operator. Sumou Jet will communicate promptly and arrange alternatives where possible.

Liability for the carriage of passengers and baggage rests with the operating carrier under its conditions of carriage and applicable conventions, including the Montreal Convention where applicable.

Chauffeur services within the UAE are arranged with licensed providers under the same confirmation terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates; disputes fall to the courts of Dubai. In case of any divergence between the English and Arabic texts, the Arabic text prevails.
